More than swapping a box on the wall
Most smart thermostat problems come from wiring. Many older systems lack a common (C) wire to power the thermostat, and heat pumps need the reversing valve and auxiliary heat configured correctly. Get it wrong and you can end up with electric backup heat running all winter.
We check compatibility, run or adapt wiring as needed, configure the equipment settings, connect it to Wi-Fi, and set up the app and schedule with you before we leave.
