Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
It depends on the system’s age, the cost of the repair, and how often it’s been failing. As a rough guide, if a system is over 12–15 years old and needs a major component like a compressor, replacement is usually the better investment. We’ll show you both numbers.
Do you service all brands?
Yes. We work on all major central air and ductless brands, including Rheem, Fujitsu, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Mitsubishi, and others.
What’s the difference between central air and a mini-split?
Central air uses ductwork to cool the whole house from one system. A mini-split mounts directly in the room it cools and needs no ducts, which makes it ideal for additions and homes without existing ductwork.
Do you work on vacation and rental properties?
Yes. Many of our customers own second homes or seasonal rentals. We can coordinate access and schedule pre-season checks so the system is ready before guests arrive.
