Finding the actual cause, not just the symptom
Warm air from the vents can mean a failed capacitor, a refrigerant leak, a frozen coil, a clogged filter, or a dead compressor. Those repairs range from inexpensive to major, so an accurate diagnosis matters. We test electrical components, check refrigerant pressures, and inspect airflow before recommending a fix.
At the shore, corrosion is one of the most common causes of AC failure. Salt air eats away at condenser coils, electrical contacts, and fan motors. If we see corrosion that’s going to cause the next breakdown, we’ll point it out so you can plan for it.

AC Repair questions
Why is my AC running but not cooling?
The most common causes are a dirty filter or coil, a failed capacitor that stops the outdoor fan or compressor, low refrigerant from a leak, or a frozen evaporator coil. Check your filter and breaker first, then give us a call.
Can you just add refrigerant?
Refrigerant doesn’t get used up. If it’s low, there’s a leak. Topping it off without finding the leak means you’ll be paying for it again, so we locate and repair leaks whenever practical.
Why is water leaking from my air handler?
Usually a clogged condensate drain line or a failed condensate pump. Shut the system off to avoid ceiling damage and call us. It’s typically a quick fix.
Is there a discount on repairs?
Yes. You get $50 off your AC or heating repair. Just mention it when you call or text.
